Attended their Grand opening wasn't much, and could have been planned a little better Grand Opening was at 7 after checking out the new digs we went in search of food, steakhouse was closed and the Buffet was closing in ten minutes 8 pm there was a line of twenty more people behind us. Staff was friendly as they are at most Harrah's locations. Poker still not a main feature by any means four tables, kind of in a separated space but not really, slot machines only a few feet away I was glad they weren't loud. My confidence has been restored, and I look forward to visiting again.Ī lot better than when on the boat.

We have had only 1 bad experience here, and several good ones and counting. We do, however, still call the day of our reservation to confirm our room availability. Based on these 2 experiences, I will certainly be back and look forward to spending more time in the new gaming area. Food in the new restaurant is really good as well, and it's really nice to step off the elevators from the hotel rooms and walk right into the casino. The atmosphere is very nice and much less crowded than the riverboat. The new casino is really nice with room to move around and a good selection of slots and table games.

We visited again just after the new casino opened (in the former convention area, moved from the riverboat). I feel that was only justified, but I must say the staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

On our first visit back since the above incident, we were given a complimentary room and dinners for us both. Since then, my fiancee and I have been back twice and have been very pleased. I published a much less than favorable review of this property after having a credit card secured reservation not be honored upon arrival.
